Join the Five Stars Appeal 200 Club
The Five Stars Scanner Appeal has been working hard to raise £1million to buy a much needed MRI Scanner for the Royal Manchester Children’s Hospital. We're nearly there, but we're asking for your help as we begin our final push for funds. You can play a big part in helping us reach that £1million by joining our 200 Club which will raise £200,000 towards buying the Scanner.
By donating just £1000 to the appeal, you will be listed on the 200 Club’s Roll of Honour and receive a family photo shoot and portrait picture worth £370 from Yaffé Fusion Art.
The Roll of Honour will be a beautiful piece of artwork created by Yaffé Fusion Art and will list every name of the 200 members. Once we have 200 names then the artwork will be mounted in the scanner room to enable the families, waiting for their child being scanned, to see the names of the kind hearted people and companies who have helped to raise these funds which will potentially help to save the lives of many children.
This exclusive club has 95 members to date and we need to have 200 members by September 2010, we hope that you will be one of them.
The Roll of Honour will also feature on the Five Stars Website www.fivestarsappeal.co.uk.
If you are donating personally and are a UK tax payer, your donation of £1000 could be set up over a period of five months with a direct debit payment of just £157 per month, we will then claim the gift aid from HMRC. If you donate through a company then your donation of £200 per month over 5 months is fully deductable for tax purposes.
